Notice of extraordinary annual meeting

The members of RFSL Umeå are invited to an EGM.

An election committee consisting of two people was formed during the annual general meeting (AGM) conducted in the spring of 2017, with the condition that there will be an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to elect one or more people to complete the election committee. Therefore, the board of RFSL Umeå is calling for an EGM. The EGM will take place on November 9, 2017, at RFSL Umeå’s office at Kungsgatan 42, Umeå.

Members of RFSL Umeå are invited to attend the EGM, and are also welcome to nominate someone else or themselves to the election committee. Before the EGM there will be dinner at 17:00, the EGM will start at 18:00, and after the EGM there will be social activity from 18:45 for those who are interested.
